Our absolute favorite "value" Champagne—incredible quality for the price, even at $50. We keep a bottle in our fridge at all times!

Fresh and alive, with flavors of citrus, pear, white flowers, fresh brioche, mushroom, lemon pith, a hint of toasted nuts, and chalky minerality. The palate is crisp yet creamy and precise.

This is 100% Chardonnay from the exceptional Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs – the finest village for Chardonnay in all of Champagne. The wine offers intensity, minerality and ourstanding depth of flavor. 

Aged at least 3 years on the lees, and 6 more months in bottle before release.  Only 8,000 cases made.
