Lighter Body, Exotic
Flavors: Wild berries, damp earth, flowers, mineral

Made from 100% Trepat, a heritage Spanish grape normally reserved for Cava production. Bright fuschia in the glass with rustic notes of wild brambly berries and flowers mingling with earth on the nose. The palate is light and fresh, with the same core of red fruit, laced with a savory spice of white pepper and violets on the finish. Clay mineral notes run throughout the wine, but dissipate after some time in the glass. It sorta tastes like Pinot Noir's exotic cousin that lived abroad and came back with an accent.
