Curated by Katie Hubbard
Wine Director

Deliveries begin November 11th

Nestled between Harvard and Central Square, Pammy’s is celebrated for its inventive, Italian-inspired cuisine paired with warm, thoughtful service thanks to owners Chris and Pam Willis. As an invaluable member of their team Wine Director Katie Hubbard, brings her discerning palate and passion for exceptional wines to Pammy’s wine program. She’s fabulous at highlighting everything from traditional pours to the most adventurous bottles that perfectly complement their menu.

This November, Katie curated a collection that reflects the essence of Pammy’s approach—balancing elegance and vibrancy with wines from unexpected regions. They are wines that have a real sense of place. Ortrugo from Emilia-Romagna, Elbling from the Mosel, a little California Teroldego, and Hungarian Zweigelt.

T H E   W I N E S
  • La Tollara, Ortrugo Frizzante - Light & fresh. Seashells and lemon pith with a clean dry finish. An easy drinking bubble with actual depth. If you don't like this, we judge you. Pair with Pammy's Chilled Squid or Lasagne Bianca.
  • Hild, Ebling Trocken- Light & bright. Racy acidity, mineral driven, and so fresh. Lean, creamy Elbling that we want to share with everyone. Dry Riesling fans need this. Pair with Pammy's Chicories or Striped Bass.
  • Colori Wines, Teroldego - Medium bodied & sultry. Meaty blackberries, so smooth and bloody. A flirty pop of fruit with gentle, sticky tannins. This wine is too chuggable. Pammy's Lumache or Skirt Steak.
  • Kristinus Siller Zweigelt - Medum bodied & savory. Rustic, sun-dried tomatoes, and fantastic structure. The perfect crunchy, fall red. Dried red currants and fantastic acidity. We love Zweigelt. Pammy's Yakitori Chicken or Buckwheat Crèpe.
Hild, Ebling Trocken $20.00
