Vigne Guadagno Greco di Tufo: Medium body, chic white with notes of minerality, jackfruit and unripe pears. Delicately saline, perfect amount of acidity, and a finish that never finishes. Smooth as silk. Pair with polenta or spaghetti con le vongole.
Rosso di Baal:Full body, vibrant red blend with boysenberries on the nose and cherries and cocoa butter on the palette. Bursting with brilliant dark fruit as it breathes. Try this with Cinghiale (boar), cured meats and rich sausage.
Santo Sano Aglianico: Full body and assertive red with notes of Dried rose, bittersweet chocolate and carpaccio.This can go with anything off the grill and most certainly Parmigiana Melanzane.
