In Brief: The friendliest Beaujolais of the bunch. Beautifullly aromatic. Haribo cherries and forest floor. Straight up KoolAid for grown-ups. 
 
Jean-Paul Brun, Morgon, Terres Dorées, 2018
Region: Morgon AOC - Beaujolais
Varietal: Gamay
In Brief: Intriguing nori and potter's clay on the nose. But the palate is full of strawberry preserves and steady tannins. 
 
Domaine de Colette, Régnié, Vielles Vignes, 2018
Region: Régnié AOC - Beaujolais
Varietal: Gamay
In Brief: Clove, raspberry, and sage. Easy-going texture with a light, dry finish. So, so good.

In Brief: Lingonberry jam, burnt cherry, easy chalky tannins and a long finish. We love it.
