Gaspard Pinot Noir

Rustic but delicate, this lively Pinot Noir is unfiltered, so don’t be afraid if it’s not crystalline in your glass. Bright notes of wild strawberry and currant jump out of the glass, giving way to undertones of rosemary and forest floor. On the palate, the acidity is tart and textured, keeping all those ripe berry notes fresh, clean, and minerally. This is a great wine with a spread of fresh goat cheese and herb-fleckedsaucisson.
