Reds, reds, reds. Pascal Janvier brings us a little Pineau d’Aunis full of fresh strawberries, lively acidity, and a little black pepper. The structure here is also quite lovely. Soft but certainly present tannins make your cheeks pucker in the best way. The Valli Unite Rosso, which is a perfect chillable red with lots of texture (you Pinot fans are gonna like this one). A little Lirac Rouge of Grenache & Syrah will satisfy all of your needs for a full-bodied red. It’s meaty, earthy, and way to easy to sip on. Last but not least is this powerful little Bobal from Valencia is full of clove, cinnamon, and ripe plums. So tasty!
