Ovum, Big Salt - Focused, weighty, dry. This blend is not what you'd expect. It underwent long-term lees contact so it is soft throughout the palate. Gewürztraminer provides just a hint of pineapple and bite (think fresh radish), and Riesling is there for acidity. Too easy to drink.
Dancing Crow Vineyards, Lake County Sauvignon Blanc - California Sauvignon Blanc that we’re actually excited to drink! It’s a rush of juicy acidity with a hint of pomelo and freshly mown grass. The absolute best.
