Region: Willamette Valley AVA - Oregon

Grape: Pinot Gris

Dried nectarine, wet sand, crème fraîche. This wine is warming, savory, and so clean. Think about paring with a little risotto primavera, mushroom quiche, or ham & brie on a baguette.

Château du Petit Thouars, L'Epée Chinon

Region: AOP Chinon - Touraine

Grape: Cabernet Franc

This wine is intoxicating in more ways than one. On the nose is a delicate potpourri of dried violets but in the glass is a heady combination of worn leather and ascending tannins that make for a gorgeous finish. It is a wonderful example of Chinon and one of our favorite wines. 

Tenuta Chevalier, Rocchetto

Region: Veronese IGT - Veneto 

Grape: Corvina

Absolutely perfect. We don’t know what else to say. We love their Amarone and Valpolicella, but the Rochetto is something special. Blackberry preserves and a wisp of vanilla. This wine is just sexy.
