In Brief: This is clean, sharp Grüner that hits every part of your palate. It’s bone-dry and light, but not without nuance. Bosc pear, a little mothball, and definitely some unripe pineapple in the background. It has a weighty texture that makes us think of creamy, buttery mashed potatoes. If you’re someone who normally reaches for Pinot Grigio, I highly recommend a move to Grüner Veltliner with finesse, like this one.
