The phrase 'natural wine' is widely misunderstood, and is open to a broad spectrum of definitions and interpretations. 'Au Naturel' brings you artisan wines of authenticity, made from grapes grown with low intervention (typically organic and/or biodynamic) farming methods, with little-to-no additives—just grapes and yeast—the way wine was made for thousands of years before the advent of industrialized production methods.
