CO-OWENER & WINE DIRECTOR of BRASSICA KITCHEN
Some people are made to work in restaurants. Early on, Noah Todoroff learned that he could actually make someone's day better by providing a warm environment to enjoy delicious food and wine. This is exactly what he does as Co-Owner and Beverage Director of Brassica Kitchen in Jamaica Plain.
JP is a welcoming community where everyone is welcome and treated like a new friend. No one has more good things to say about it than Noah. He credits BK's success to the incredible people in his neighborhood. When we asked what he's most looking forward to in the future, he said that he "just can't wait to hug all of those lovely JP people!"

Colline, Côtes du Rhône Blanc– This beguiling blend is full of chamomile, fresh linen, and waxy goodness. It is round, soft, and dry. Just waiting for food. Pair with the Risotto Koji or Chalk Stream Trout from Brassica.
Tyrnavos Oreads Black Muscat – The Oreads is full of blood orange, roses, and white balsamic. It's a shock of freesia, sea salt, and playful tannins. This is the funkiest one yet, whew! Pair with BK Uni Bruschetta or Fried Chicken.
Saint-Chinian Fleur – Dried blueberries, lilacs, and maplewood. The Fleur is delicately smoky and beautifully textured. It is concentrated, warming, and full of cherries. Pair with the BK Dry Aged Wagyu Burger.
Semplicemente Vino, Bellotti Rosso – Stewed Cranberry and toasted baguette. Buckle up because Barbera and Dolcetto get nasty in this one. Meaty and pétillant with sandpaper tannins. Funk yeah! This Rosso is best served chilled. Pair with the BK Caramelized Pork Belly (no seriously it's delicious).
