Ca'Stele, Ribolla Gialla - Light & juicy. Smooth, chic, brilliant salinity. Salty, mouthwatering acidity, and just a little texture. Drink more Ribolla Gialla! Pair with Somaek’s Jabchae (sweet potato noodles).
Ciavolich, Montelpuciano d'Abruzzo - Medium bodied & charming. Strawberry preserves, potting soil, and bloody in a way we love. This is a 10/10 for us! Pair with Somaek’s Dwaeji Bulgogi (pork bulgogi).
