  • Pere Mata, Brut Nature Cava - Light & sharp. Clean, dry, and so refreshing. Sand castles and lemon zest. One of our favorite bubbles. Pair with Somaek’s Seaong Ge Al-Bap (sea urchin).
  • Ca'Stele, Ribolla Gialla - Light & juicy. Smooth, chic, brilliant salinity. Salty, mouthwatering acidity, and just a little texture. Drink more Ribolla Gialla! Pair with Somaek’s Jabchae (sweet potato noodles).
  • Ciavolich, Montelpuciano d'Abruzzo - Medium bodied & charming. Strawberry preserves, potting soil, and bloody in a way we love. This is a 10/10 for us! Pair with Somaek’s Dwaeji Bulgogi (pork bulgogi).
  • Jean Foillard, Beaujolais-Villages - Medium bodied & rustic. Playful, barnyardy Beaujolais that we can't get enough of. Who doesn't love Gamay? Pair with Somaek’s Galbi Gui (grilled beef short rib).
